Standard dual diameter disc sets consist of two slotted butterfly discs and one thinner sealing membrane, all made from Reliathane — Apache’s special blend of wear resistant polyurethane. The slotted butterfly discs flex back to navigate varying inside diameters while the membrane helps maintain a seal in larger IDs. Available with a variety of wear resistant additives to enhance longevity.
Apache’s dual diameter brush assembly features a magnetic brush lead which helps the assembly navigate varying inside diameters while collecting more ferrous debris by positioning closer to the internal pipe wall. The linkage design is optimized to ensure consistent force is applied through varying IDs.
