DMD (16-48")

Every DMD is equipped with two sealing and two Series M cups. These components allow for a seal between dissimilar fluids while providing a bigger surface area. As a result, its sealing capacity and scraping ability are greatly improved.

Designed to negotiate 1.5D or greater bends.

Options Available

  • CARVER discs.
  • Aluminum Gauge Plates in slotted or standard styles.
  • Radial Brush options available.

Features & Benefits

  • Equipped with two Apache Series M cups and two sealer discs made from Reliathane, Apache’s special blend of wear-resistant polyurethane.
  • The Conical M cup can traverse pipeline anomalies of up to 20% without damaging inline auxiliary equipment.
  • Every DMD 16” – 48” pig is manufactured with by-pass ports. These ports feature threaded plugs that can be removed.
  • Standard bumper noses cushion the pig and help to protect in-line auxiliary equipment.
